Armando & Sons Butcher Shop is seeking a focused Burger Line Cook to prepare and cook burgers to order in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work at a specific station, maintaining quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health codes.

Ideal candidates have BOH experience, the stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support a smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or back-of-house (BOH) experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Positive, hardworking, team-oriented and able to follow directions.
• Clear communication with team members.
• Food safety knowledge and adherence to health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Grilling patties, assembling burgers, preparing toppings, frying sides and sauces per recipes.
• Setting up and stocking grill/fry stations before and during shifts.
• Reading orders and cooking items accurately to ensure simultaneous completion.
• Ensuring food meets restaurant standards for taste, appearance and portion size.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation and proper food storage.
• Communicating with kitchen staff and servers for smooth service.
• Monitoring food levels and reporting shortages.
