Job Description
Under the supervision of the lead cooks or Sous Chef, assist with preparing menu items, including chopping vegetables, making salads, soups, sauces, and assembling entrees. Provide work direction to kitchen staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met or exceeded.
