Job summary

Ohmstede Ltd. seeks a Bundle Shop Foreman to lead the bundle shop, directing assembly, repair, and testing of shell and tube heat exchanger bundles. You will drive the production schedule, uphold quality and safety standards, and push crew performance through hands‑on leadership.

This role requires a working foreman mindset—actively involved in the work while guiding the crew to meet schedule, quality, and safety targets in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Shell & Tube heat exchanger construction/repair.
• Shop processes across machine, weld, and assembly operations.
• Familiarity with ASME and TEMA requirements.
• Troubleshoot fit-up, alignment, and fabrication issues real time.
• Excel/Word/Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily bundle shop operations & production tempo.
• Supervise & mentor shop personnel for safety and performance.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, and QA plans.
• Plan manpower daily and coordinate labor, materials, equipment.
