Job summary

Calla ABA Therapy in Bullock NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, a pay range of $80–$95 per hour, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development stipends.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
