Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a bulldozer operator to perform earthmoving tasks on our heavy civil projects in the United States. The role reports to the Foreman and requires precise operation of bulldozers to cut ditches, slopes, and conduct site work while maintaining safety standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and 3+ years of construction experience, with the ability to communicate in English and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Move throughout a construction jobsite including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Safety policies and practices must be followed per the company manual.

Aufgaben

• Operate bulldozer safely and efficiently.
• Cut ditches, slopes, grades, clear brush, shape, and dress slopes and other earthmoving activities.
• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials.
• Take actions to avoid hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, equipment, workers, and falling objects.
• Perform maintenance procedures on equipment (oiling, greasing, and other service).
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
