Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Foreman/Bulldozer operator to oversee earthmoving tasks on our heavy civil projects. You will operate bulldozers safely, manage terrains, and coordinate with truck teams on site.

Applicants should have strong English communication skills, a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), and 3+ years of construction experience. This is an on-site role with exposure to varying weather and physical demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of related construction experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer safely to cut ditches, slopes, and grades.
• Clear brush, shape and dress slopes and perform earthmoving activities.
• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position the truck for loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oiling, greasing, and service to equipment.
