We are seeking a hands-on operator who will consistently set up die boxes, measure wire diameters, inspect material quality, and document work orders.

Responsibilities

• Consistently string payoff; point weld, and grind material as applicable
• Consistently set up die boxes, ensure proper alignment, ensure correct dies and lubricant are being used
• Consistently set up by measuring wire diameter between each draw
• Inspect material during processing to ensure proper quality is maintained
• Complete all documentation and turn in work order to supervisor
• Train new operators, if necessary
• Ensure work area is neat and properly maintained
• Properly use a micrometer
• Operate a crane and a forklift
• Cut samples for quality control
• Assist production manager and other operators as necessary

• Pay or shift range: $17 USD to $20 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
