Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a manufacturing associate to support GMP-compliant production in a regulated environment. You will weigh materials, perform simple tests, and maintain meticulous records to ensure batch accuracy and traceability.

The role requires strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with independent judgment while following GMP policies. Overtime may be required, and BD offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with manufacturing experience or AA science degree with 2 years in a regulated environment.
• Minimum 2 years in an FDA/Regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.
• Strong time management to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure batches have proper ingredients.
• Performs simple analytical tests (pH, conductivity, absorbance).
• Performs routine cleaning of processing equipment.
• Handles hazardous waste as appropriate.
• Inspects in-process parts for quality and removes defects.
