Ingram Marine Group is seeking a Terminal Operations Associate at Granite City, IL to help move bulk commodities safely and efficiently. This entry-level role offers hands-on outdoor work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance into operations management with proven performance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, rail cars, and barges, inspecting cargo, and supporting crane operators while following Zero Harm safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars, and barges along the Mississippi River.
• Performing general doc maintenance and cleanup.
• Inspecting cargo and reporting damage or discrepancy.
• Securing cargo and supporting crane and heavy equipment operators.
• Assisting with line handling and barge positioning.
• Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures.
