Job Description

As a Terminal Operations Associate, you’ll be part of a team that keeps bulk commodities moving safely and efficiently through one of the busiest inland ports in the country.

What you'll be doing:

  • Loading and unloading of trucks and rail cars barges along the Mississippi River
  • Performing general doc maintenance and cleanup
  • Inspecting cargo and reporting damage or discrepancy
  • Securing Cargo and supporting crane and heavy equipment operators
  • Assisting with line handling and barge positioning
  • Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment

Schedule:

12 hour shifts: 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am

  • This role operates as a Swing Shift. 30 days will be worked a 6am – 6pm schedule and 30 days will be worked a 6pm – 6am schedule.
  • Monday through Friday

  • Starting Pay at$ 22.36/hour and $2.00/hour shift differential when scheduled on nights
