Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Terminal Operator for 1st shift in Iowa. The role involves tank transfers, loading/unloading, and ensuring safe handling of chemicals within Greenbelt Transport operations.

You will operate in an industrial setting and support crop protection and plant nutrition product deliveries to member-owners and partners. The position requires at least 1 year of general work experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Bulk Terminal Operator - 1st Shift Pay: $21.50 per hour Shift & Working Hours: Day Shift; 7:00 AM to 4:00PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. During peak season, work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends. At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, who performs work associated with product handling of a variety of chemicals, by way of tank transfers, tank truck loading and unloading, and other activities. You will operate within an assigned industrial area. This role is part of our Greenbelt Transport, LLC business, who oversees storage and delivery of our crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products to our member-owners and other partners. Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry

  Preferred Experience:

  • Chemical Handler's License (or ability to attain).
  Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds
  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
  • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
  • Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
