Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a site operations supervisor for marine terminal activities in the Cofield, NC area. You will direct and supervise the marine workforce, facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient transfer of materials between vessel and dock, and you will oversee loading and unloading operations and daily customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in the terminalling industry, specializing in stevedoring vessels.
• Minimum of three years in a lead position or higher capacity.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise marine workforce, facilities and equipment for safe and efficient transfer between vessel and dock.
• Monitor production and maintenance; assign daily duties to crew.
• Advise terminal management and develop strategies for adjustments.
• Ensure objectives meet EHS, customer requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct daily pre-shift safety meetings and training.
• Track tasks, sign off on paperwork, and write daily production reports.
• Track KPIs and interface with customers, regulators, KM staff.
