Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is hiring for an on-site warehouse role in Olive Branch, MS. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping for multiple clients, using modern material handling equipment and a WMS. The position offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

We require 1 year of warehousing experience, EPJ and RF scanner proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Walkie Rider certification and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of warehousing experience is required.
• Picking and packing of warehouse orders is required.
• EPJ/electric pallet jack experience is required.
• Ability to operate a Walkie Rider and RF scanner is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in commissary operations.
• Build, stage and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Load delivery trucks and manage inventory counts.
• Use WMS tech, mobile scanners, tablets, and computers to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety procedures.

About This Position

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• You will build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material. handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• We prefer experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• 1 year of Warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• Previous/Currently Picking and Packing of Warehouse Orders REQUIRED
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Stand Up Counterbalance experience PREFERRED
• Able to operate a Walkie Rider is REQUIRED
• RF Scan Gun REQUIRED
• Forklift experience is PREFERRED
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
• Ability to work: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
