Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment in Garland, Texas. You will work on-site, report to the Operations Manager, and participate in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

This full-time role offers daily pay options, a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, and benefits from day one, with cross-training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related training/experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders with forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment; count and correct inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean workspace and support other duties as needed.
• Operate a forklift and/or electric pallet jack, as required.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross‑training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Building, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
• Must be comfortable with operating a forklift and/or electric pallet jack.

Pay:

• Weekly pay, every Thursday

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age..
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
