Job summary

CBC is seeking a Bulk Receiver to unload bulk ingredient trailers safely and efficiently. The role involves following proper receiving procedures, collecting lab samples, performing moisture checks, and recording data for flour loads.

The position requires GMP familiarity, ability to work with forklift equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with forklift and clamp is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Unload bulk ingredient trailers following proper procedures and ensure security of receiving.
• Collect and record lab samples; perform moisture checks and data entry for flour loads.
• Monitor inventories and coordinate bulk transfers and scheduling of cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow GMPs (G.M.P.) and report any discrepancies to supervision.
• Maintain clean bulk delivery areas and adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
