Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving or warehouse roles (food manufacturing preferred).
• Current forklift certification.
• Basic GMP knowledge and FIFO understanding.
• Comfort with tablet/handheld scanner.
• English reading/writing for labels and records.
• Able to lift up to 52 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries using forklift and pallet jack.
• Inspect incoming ingredients and packaging for quality and safety.
• Verify shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Scan data on a tablet and complete logs.
• Label and store materials following FIFO and allergen separation.
• Report shortages, damages, non-conforming materials.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and PPE requirements.
