Role requires 2+ years in bulk plant operations, strong math skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes safety, precise record-keeping, and teamwork to support reliable cementing services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in bulk plant operations.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong math and measurement skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk plant systems to load cement, chemicals, and acid per job requirements.
• Monitor and control blending equipment, pressures, and flow systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the plant; perform equipment maintenance.
• Review job sheets and coordinate blend specifications.
• Safely load/unload supplier deliveries using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure samples are properly stored and tracked.
• Drive bulk trucks to assist with cement loading as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report hazards or incidents.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and support Crew Resource Management.
