Job summary

Darigold is seeking a motivated Bulk Milk Receiver at our Boise plant to ensure safe, quality dairy operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to GMP and Quality policies and reporting concerns to supervision.

Responsibilities include receiving milk shipments, operating equipment, recording deliveries, performing basic quality tests, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers strong teamwork and growth within a leading dairy cooperative in Idaho.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and traverse area for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds above shoulder height.
• Ability to obtain antibiotic testing certification.
• Knowledge of GMP Receiving and load-out bulk milk shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and load bulk milk and cream shipments.
• Tend the milk receiving process from tanker to silo.
• Move trucks onto and out of receiving area.
• Handle, move, connect, disconnect, clean, and inspect receiving bay and equipment.
• Record weights and measurements with accurate documentation.
• Verify type and source of incoming raw product.
• Perform quality tests on raw milk per guidelines.
• Tag and identify notifications on tanks correctly.
• Submit timely and accurate reports.
• Perform CIP sanitation of the load-out area and maintain the work area.
