Job summary

Darigold, Inc. is seeking a motivated Control Room Operator for our Boise plant. You will oversee Milk Silo operations, ensure safe batching, and support production planning in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in dairy processing, knowledge of SOPs and GMPs, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receiving/Processing within a dairy facility preferred.
• Ability to coordinate batching and mixing of bulk milk products.
• Familiarity with mix making process and ingredient inventory standards.
• Understanding of SOPs and operation importance.
• Capable of coordinating mixing operations with control room planning for contingency.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient Milk Silo Management and Monitoring.
• Safe operation of separator/pasteurizer per food safety program.
• Monitor and maintain production batching timeline.
• Coordinate production plan with daily timeline and ensure delivery of schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in batching area.
• Assist Maintenance with routine tasks in the area.
• Collect production reports and maintain paperwork.
