Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a Bulk Loader to join a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment focusing on continuous improvement. You will review production schedules, prepare materials, monitor batch quality and operate material handling equipment in a fast‑paced setting.

The role requires foundational manufacturing experience, basic quality control skills, and the ability to document activities and maintain accurate logs in SAP. The position supports growth and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience with systems, pumps, meters and tracking mixing/quality data.
• 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, pH tests).
• 1 year of experience mixing several tanks and completing related documents.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and ensure raw materials are available.
• Follow process instructions and add raw materials to reactors.
• Perform routine observation of product to ensure batch quality and report deviations.
• Clean reactors properly.
• Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment.
• Transfer product into containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins and drums.
• Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance.
• Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities.
• Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO).
• Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

• Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
• Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors
• Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consultswith Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
• Properly cleansout reactors
• Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
• Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.
• Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
• Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities
• Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
• Completespaperwork and enter batch information into SAP
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
• 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)
• 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
