Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC is seeking a Bulk Material Handler to move products to supply department needs while adhering to SOPs and GMPs. 1st shift runs Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm.

You will operate material handling equipment, load and unload trucks, organize storage areas, and maintain accurate records. The role requires reading and writing English, basic math, and a willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• GMP and SOP compliance required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Proficient computer skills and strong math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages).
• Physical effort – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, pull, push, and reach for up to 8 hours.
• Work environment may include powders, chemicals, and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment independently and in a team environment.
• Moves material to appropriate destinations.
• Load and unload the trucks.
• Organizes and maintains materials and other components in storage or staging area.
• Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs.
• Disposes of cardboard boxes and garbage.
• Other duties as assigned.
