Job summary

Lesaffre Corporation, Envera division, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, seeks a manufacturing operator to join the production team. You will produce finished goods, weigh materials, and follow batch sheets to ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced fermentation environment.

You will maintain records, follow SOPs and GMPs, and participate in inventory tasks while upholding a safety-first mindset. A forklift license and high school education are required; five years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to pass forklift license test.

Responsibilities

• Produce finished goods with varying types of equipment.
• Weigh raw materials accurately for batches.
• Follow batch sheets and recipes to produce products.
• Record data in batch sheets, checklists and logs.
• Follow SOPs, PPE, and GMPs.
• Measure and adjust pH as needed.
• Follow production schedules and prepare materials.
• Execute manufacturing protocols per work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records in Sage handheld.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate professionally with team.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Participate in inventory processes.
