Job summary

Inorganic Ventures in Christiansburg, VA is hiring a Bulk Manufacturing Technician responsible for the manufacture of all IV Stock products and bulk concentrates used in Stock and Custom products.

You will follow established bulk manufacturing procedures to prepare single element concentrates and multi-element blends, purify starting materials, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time production.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture single element concentrates and stock blends per procedures.
• Purify starting materials as needed before manufacturing bulk concentrates.
• Perform reactions to produce in-house bulk concentrates.
• Collaborate with Innovation Application Development Chemists on new starting materials.
• Coordinate with QC to address top priority testing needs.
• Store materials and update CoA/SDS in the correct locations.
• Maintain contamination-free laboratory environment and clean equipment.
• Assist Stock Lab Supervisor with inventory and documentation.
• Review/bulk documents and manage re-order points.
• Dispose of waste per federal, state, and local laws.
