Job summary

ASR Group is the world’s largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, operating multiple refineries and mills across North America and beyond. The Bulk & Liquid Team Manager directs loading operations, coordinates union personnel on rotating shifts, and drives continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, SAP material flows, reporting to senior leadership, and mentoring a team of supervisors to meet productivity targets while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bulk or liquid loading experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Successful communication - written and verbal.
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task.
• Experience with personal computers.
• Ability to understand, produce and explain reports.
• Wonderware, Truck Scale experience a must!
• MS Office (Word / Excel / Email) preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends, overtime, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading/unloading operations and assign duties.
• Maintain a high level of interaction with associates.
• Draft weekly labor schedules.
• Maintain labor cost based on scheduling attainment.
• Orders materials through SAP.
• Inspect operation area for task compliance.
• Execute yearly performance evaluations for indirect reports.
• Communicate schedules with Planning Team.
• Coach and mentor indirect reports.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs.
• Analyze operations and ensure adherence to Quality expectations.
• Lead with safety and quality practices; maintain clean work area.
• Lead product transfers and report unit performance.
