You will supervise multiple supervisors and a team of 45–60 employees, ensuring productive, compliant operations. Responsibilities include labor scheduling, cost control, policy adherence, and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading/unloading operations and assign tasks.
• Maintain high interaction with associates and draft weekly labor schedules.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure policy conformance.
• Oversee SAP-based materials ordering and equipment repairs.
• Lead safety and quality practices and report performance to leadership.
• Supervise 4-5 subordinate supervisors and 45-60 employees.
• Provide training and escalate issues for solutions.
• Ensure on-time shipments and adherence to FIFO policies.
• Mentor indirect reports and drive continuous improvement.
