Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods while providing excellent customer service. The role involves packaging, pricing, rotating products by code dates, and keeping the bulk area clean and organized.

You will assist the Bulk Manager and handle receiving and stocking duties as needed. Ideal candidates are 16 years or older, reliable, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. for up to 15 hours without assistance.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods.
• Follow the bulk plan and properly package and price bulk items.
• Rotate products using code dates and keep bulk area clean.
• Provide high level of customer service and assist Bulk Manager as needed.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise as needed.
