Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Clerk to maintain, pack, and stock all bulk foods. You will package, scale, and price bulk items, fill bulk bins, rotate products by date codes, and ensure clean, well-presented bulk areas while delivering friendly customer service.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, reliable, with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks and multi-task.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and move items up to 4 feet for extended periods.
• Follow safety, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service.
• Assist Bulk Manager and stock merchandise as needed.
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition.
