Job summary

Airgas is seeking a safety-minded Bulk CO2 Driver in Billerica, MA. You will operate a cryogenic tanker, making multiple daily deliveries to replenish Microbulk tanks within a 150-mile radius of Billerica.

The role starts at 5:00 AM with a Monday–Friday schedule and requires a Class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsement. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $30.00/hr pay (plus overtime), and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsement and no air brake restriction.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred at time of application; willing to obtain within 60 days (Airgas covers costs).
• No more than 2 traffic convictions or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/controlled substance issues in last 7 years.
• Ability to work in a drug-free environment.
• 1 year of CDL driving in last 5 years or trucking school certificate (last 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk CO2 to customer tanks using a hose hookup.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT and company checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure safe, proper operation of route truck.
