Job summary

Warren Oil Company LLC is seeking a Blender- A for the Bulk Inventory Material Handling area. The role requires safe and efficient execution of blending and related processes, with a day shift and benefits included.

Responsibilities include lines hookup, tank gauging, paperwork accuracy, and collaboration with QA labs to ensure product meets specifications. Prior manufacturing experience and Forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 12 months in a manufacturing environment, preferably blending/product formulation, processing, and packaging.
• Evidence of a consistent and dependable work history.
• Ability to understand number series and calculate basic math functions.
• Ability to read scales and use measuring devices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Yard driver experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving ability.
• Experience operating pumps and valves.
• Ability to read and interpret standard gauges and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Hook up grease lines in the pit to correct tank per the work order.
• Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Report any spills or leaks that could cause an accident or environment impact.
• Load/Unload bulk shipments via railcar and truck.
• Gauge tanks.
• Present for daily tier meetings, engaged and active.
• Perform duties safely and identify safety opportunities.
• Attend safety trainings and meetings as an active participant.
• Monitor bulk tanks by gauging levels and verifying levels.
• Make transfer hose connections throughout raw material and finish goods systems.
• Support loading and off-loading of tankers and railcars.
• Collaborate with blending and packaging team members to verify connections and troubleshoot upsets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and 5S initiatives.
• Coordinate operations with supervisors and other departments.
• Work with lab and QA on blend work orders and ensure product meets specs.
• Assist QA in investigating customer complaints and concerns.
• Handle and use flush materials properly.
• Adhere to quality control parameters.
• Work in non-climate-controlled environment and extreme weather.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
