Job summary

Ascentek is seeking a 2nd shift Blending Operator to produce oil blends using both small and large-scale equipment. The role requires safe forklift operation, accurate material handling, and strict adherence to WOs and SDS guidelines. You will support QC coordination and maintain clean, compliant work areas.

Expect to work a 4x10 schedule with potential weekend shifts, on-site in a warehouse setting, and opportunities for career advancement and training. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of blending materials with precise measurements
• Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Forklift operation proficiency required
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles preferred
• Basic math skills for material handling and recipes

Responsibilities

• Follow blending work orders to produce various products
• Gather raw materials per work order and adjust as needed
• Prepare samples and get QC approval before moving to next stage
• Maintain inventory using warehouse management system
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform safety checks
• Assist with packaging and replenishment orders as directed
• Attend safety, training, and production meetings as scheduled
• Travel between locations as needed by business demands
