Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in New Bern, NC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to cover vacations and open territories on pre-set routes, service customers, stock and rotate beverage displays across stores.

You will work a flexible, 24/7 operation with travel between stores; mileage reimbursement is provided. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Manages assigned customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and promotions.
• Organizes back room and stock, rotates items by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper product placement.
• Provides vacation coverage for Bulk Account Merchandisers and POD Merchandiser.
• Supports day-to-day operations during key holidays or when territories are open.
