The arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena hosts concerts, sporting events, and family entertainment, and is the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.

Job Description

The Building Technician II with Mechanical skills serves in a vehicle & building maintenance role, performing tasks such as repairing, servicing, and maintaining various company vehicles and equipment, as well as commercial building systems. Responsibilities include minor repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on vehicles, HVAC systems, lighting & electrical systems, F&B equipment, plumbing, and other building-related systems, all in compliance with current building codes. The candidate must work a flexible schedule, minimum 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by arena events. The role involves working in a multipurpose arena and parking facilities, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for staff, clients, and patrons.
