Summary: The Building Technician II is a member of the Facilities team responsible for performing skilled maintenance and complex repairs to keep the healthcare facility safe and fully operational. This technician works with minimal supervision and troubleshoots advanced systems to include: plumbing and pipe systems, electrical, mechanical, building automation and controls. This role is critical in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors while ensuring the facility meets all strict healthcare safety codes.
