Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is seeking a Building Tech I to help keep district facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. This entry-level role offers close guidance as you learn our practices and expands responsibilities with experience.
You’ll perform custodial tasks, assist with room setups, light repairs and safety reporting while delivering friendly customer service to park users and staff. This is a team-focused, evening-shift role in Beaverton, Oregon.

This role involves frequent walking, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will regularly push, pull, and use repetitive movements while cleaning, moving furniture, and operating custodial equipment. Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade or equivalent work-life experience and one (1) year of experience in commercial custodial services.
