This role involves frequent walking, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. You will regularly push, pull, and use repetitive movements while cleaning, moving furniture, and operating custodial equipment. This recruitment will establish an eligibility list for current and future vacancies for Building Tech I positions. This recruitment may remain open until filled and the eligibility list will be active for one (1) year.
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that would likely provide the applicant with the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade or equivalent work-life experience and one (1) year of experience in commercial custodial services.
