Olgoonik invites applications for a Regular Full Time position in Bohemia, NY (and Oneida, NY). The role focuses on developing construction documents for institutional and private clients, from field visits to project completion.

You will design HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low‑voltage systems, perform site inspections, and coordinate with clients and teams to meet overall requirements. Some travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of broad-based design experience in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability as a problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Detailed design of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or low-voltage systems in commercial/institutional buildings.
• Perform field inspections to support design and detailing.
• Coordinate system requirements with clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide construction administration, submittal reviews, RFIs, and schedule coordination.
