Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable codes, regulations, and company directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage, use, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex tasks and propose innovative solutions.
• Share knowledge and mentor others within the function.
• Lead by example to uphold CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Support a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and clearly explain difficult information.
