Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and steam distribution lines.
• Repair refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls and related valves.
• Maintain and repair pumps, brines and secondary refrigerants and distribution lines.
• Maintain and repair air compressors and air control valves and devices.
• Maintain and repair natural and manufactured gas distribution lines and control devices.
• Maintain and repair water filters, piping and pumps in water distribution systems.
• Maintain and repair electrical motors and engines powering pumps and equipment.
• Maintain and repair fuel oil systems, pumps and tanks.
• Maintain and repair sanitary sewer systems including sump pumps and piping.
• Maintain and repair trash compactors and related electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment.
• Maintain electrical power distribution and lighting systems and related controls.
• Ensure proper operation during seasonal changes and recalibrate controls for energy efficiency.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance per the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Support Life/Safety and security systems within the Engineer’s scope.
• Perform other duties as requested by Building Management.
