Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Conduct periodic maintenance and testing of equipment.
• Respond to tenant requests for safety, mechanical, electrical, environmental needs.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants and management for outside work.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State and local codes and safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned duties as needed.
