ABM is seeking a Building Support Specialist/Tech to ensure smooth operation of our facility in Mountain View. You will balance soft services like meeting-space readiness and event support with hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry disciplines.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $34.00–$35.00 USD and eligibility for a company incentive program. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

The Building Support Specialist/Tech will provide a blend of soft and hard services support to ensure the seamless operation of the facility. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to both the maintenance and operational efficiency of the site. Soft services support will include ensuring the functionality of meeting spaces, supporting client tours, maintaining signage, managing office supplies, and assisting with events. Hard services support will involve performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, ensuring that the property is well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and meets high-quality standards.

Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour (USD)
