Qualifications

• Mandatory Minnesota state elementary teaching certification.
• Bachelor’s in Elementary Education required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience teaching is a plus.

• Support school mission, values, goals, and policies toward students, parents/guardians and coworkers.
• Deliver lessons prepared by teachers or administration.
• Build rapport with students while maintaining appropriate behavior.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe classroom environment.

• Support the school's mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies toward students, parents/guardians and coworkers.


• Effectively deliver lessons prepared by classrooms teachers or administration.


• Build rapport with students while maintaining appropriate student behavior.


• Keep the classroom environment organized, attractive and safe.


• Interact frequently and respectfully with students.


• Facilitate regular parent/guardian communications and conferences to discuss student needs or concerns.


• Share best practices with other teachers and collaborate with them to improve instructional and assessment practices.

Qualifications Profile

• Certification/License: Minnesota State Certification as an Elementary Teacher


• Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university in Elementary Education or related discipline applicable to teaching assignment. Masters Degree in related area preferred.


• Experience: Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade levels a plus.
