Qualifications

• Lead and manage a building structural team across offices.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural systems for building construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Revit and 3D modeling for QC and mentoring.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Key client and contract management.
• Coordinate with Architecture partners and lead technical reviews.
• Generate new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Lead go/no go and partnering decisions on strategic pursuits.
• Oversee project scoping, budgets, milestones, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain external partnerships with disciplines.
