Job description

The Building Solution Architect serves as a critical bridge between the customer, sales team, and engineering group to define and design integrated smart building solutions that address client needs across various industry verticals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Work alongside the sales team to engage with end customers.
• Design end-to-end smart building solutions that integrate building automation, energy management, security, lighting, and legacy systems
• Serve as a subject matter expert in smart building trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with the engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with core offerings.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, solution presentations, and cost estimations

Job Requirement (Qualification & Experience)

• 5+ years of experience in smart building technologies, building automation systems (BAS), or IoT-driven facility management
• Proven experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as commercial buildings, industrial, healthcare, or education
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, energy management) and related protocols
• Experience with integrated BMS platform solutions and cloud-based management platforms is a plus
• Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across business constraints and technological realities
• With domain experience such as Building-Related system will be plus
• Relevant certificate of building development (LEED, PMP, etc.)
