Touchmark is seeking a Building Services Technician in Helena, MT. Start pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, full-time. You will support the building services team with repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance, helping create a home-like environment for residents.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round. A high school diploma is required, with preferred related training or experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Education related to building maintenance preferred or equivalent training.
• One year of experience in a similar environment with strong knowledge of maintenance processes preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors year-round.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Willing to learn CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must complete Touchmark Vehicle Safety Program.
