Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Building Services Technician for our community in Plymouth, Michigan. The role focuses on routine maintenance, repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents and families.

Responsibilities include handling repairs to grounds, buildings, and equipment, advising on equipment conditions, and assisting in fire safety and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Assists with Housekeeping services
