Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Building Services Technician to support our community in Michigan. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with preventive programs, and help ensure safety and readiness across the facilities.

The role requires a basic technical background, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of construction principles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with opportunities to contribute to safety and housekeeping efforts in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles is preferred.
