Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License; 1st Grade preferred.
• Requires valid driver's license.
• Maintenance Electrician license, Plumbing License or CFC Certification preferred.
• Requires 5 years' experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities
