Job summary

ACLD is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to oversee the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a healthy environment for staff and visitors.

You will supervise cleaning staff, train them in safety and OSHA guidelines, and manage equipment and SDS records across sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with teams, and commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff and leading facilities teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to train, coach and develop cleaning staff and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the performance of Business Services to ensure high quality.
• Participate in recruitment, retention, training, supervision, and development of staff.
• Supervise and train cleaning staff; provide on-site leadership.
• Ensure staff have tools and resources to perform; foster safety.
• Train staff in workplace safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Obtain SDS records for all cleaning substances and inform staff of hazards.
• Support services in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Operate floor cleaning machinery.

Job Description

We are searching for a Building Services Coordinator to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a healthy and clean environment.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist in monitoring the performance of Business Services to ensure services are of the highest quality
• Participate in the process of recruitment and retention, training, supervision, and development of staff.
• Supervise and train assigned cleaning staff as well as provide on-site support and leadership.
• Ensure staff are supported and provided with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in completing job responsibilities.
• Train staff in workplace safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Responsible for record Obtain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all cleaning substances for each worksite and ensure that employees are informed of the hazardous chemicals in products used by providing an SDS on all new products in the worksite.
• Support provision of service in compliance with all internal and regulatory quality assurance and corporate compliance standards.
