Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking Security Officers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain safety for our clients. Shifts include Thursday and Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with responsibilities spanning patrols, incident reporting, and enforcing site policies.

Ideal candidates are 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a Texas non-commissioned security license, and can pass background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non-commissioned Texas security license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills and report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct roving patrols to identify unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor property and address rule infractions.
• Observe and assess site activity while maintaining accurate reports.
• Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.
• Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports.
• Enforce site policies, procedures, regulations, and security standards.

Shift Available:

Thursday and Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Experience working in Class A or high rise environment is a preferred.
