ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Provide support services to the building admin.
  • Serve as office manager and receptionist, and maintain all office records.
  • Maintain all student records and files.
  • Assume the appropriate bookkeeping for General Fund and ASB funds.
  • Responsible for building correspondence, including daily bulletin, letters from the office, and building reports.
  • Maintain records and perform duties related to ordering, receiving, invoicing, and inventory.
  • Help cover office phone calls, parent requests, and assist with visitors.
  • Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain appropriate office area decorum (bulletin boards).
  • Greet all patrons and employees and direct them accordingly to their visit.
  • Other duties as assigned by the building principal and/or administrator.

Salary: Per PSE CBA - Schedule A

Hours: Per position Listed Above (7:30am-4:00 pm)

Contracted Days: 205 work days & 8 holidays (213 total contracted days)
